In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "toto24" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to the operator of the toto24 platform, accessible at https://toto24.asia, together with its licensors, service providers, and affiliated entities.
• "Platform" — means the toto24 website, mobile-optimised web interface, and all associated software, tools, game content, and services made available at https://toto24.asia.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who has registered a toto24 account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" — means the individual online account created by a Member on the Platform for the purpose of accessing toto24 games and services.
• "Real Money Balance" — means the amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's toto24 Account that has been funded by genuine cash deposits and is eligible for withdrawal subject to applicable conditions.
• "Bonus Balance" — means any promotional funds, free spins, or bonus credits credited to a Member's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Balance.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum aggregate bet amount that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before any resulting winnings may be transferred to the Real Money Balance and subsequently withdrawn.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process through which toto24 confirms the identity, age, and residency of each Member.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, which is the sole transaction currency on the toto24 Platform.
• "Force Majeure Event" — means any event beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or cyber-attacks.

By accessing the toto24 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any toto24 service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the toto24 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Members regardless of the device or method used to access the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account with toto24, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia who is at least 21 years of age.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of toto24 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by toto24 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law, or in which toto24 does not hold the appropriate regulatory authorisation to offer its services.
• Your use of the Platform must be for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of automated software, bots, AI tools, or any third-party programme to interact with Platform games or sportsbook markets is strictly prohibited.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) toto24 Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, and a valid email address. You must promptly notify toto24 of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. toto24 strongly recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Never share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.

toto24 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. toto24 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant gaming environment. In accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) standards, toto24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Member at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., Indonesian national identity card / KTP, passport).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill) showing your name and Indonesian address.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri mobile banking showing account name and number).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds.

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by toto24 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges, suspension of the Account, or permanent Account closure. toto24 will not process any withdrawal request from an Account that has not completed KYC verification.

toto24 accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The maximum deposit amount per transaction is subject to limits applicable to the chosen payment method and may be adjusted by toto24 at its discretion with prior notice. Deposits are credited to the Member's Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor.

All deposit funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own legal name. toto24 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or virtual currencies. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed and the corresponding Account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Members at any time via the toto24 Account dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Member's available Real Money Balance at the time of the request.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the toto24 Account.
• Any applicable Bonus Balance wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before Real Money winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn.

toto24 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for standard requests submitted during business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests may take longer during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri and Nyepi), or where additional verification is required. toto24 does not charge withdrawal fees, though bank transfer fees imposed by the receiving institution are the Member's responsibility.

toto24 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Company will notify the Member and request any further documentation deemed necessary.

toto24 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

The following general rules apply to all toto24 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the relevant promotion page.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated on each promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement; certain live table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sportsbook bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• toto24 reserves the right to withhold or void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

All casino games available on the toto24 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, togel draws, and table games such as Blackjack and Roulette — are operated in accordance with the specific rules published for each game within the Platform interface.

toto24 uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all computer-determined game outcomes. RNG software is independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure that results are statistically random, unbiased, and unpredictable. • All bets are final once confirmed. toto24 does not accept cancellation or amendment requests after a bet has been accepted.
• In the event that a match or event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without resumption within 48 hours, all affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned. For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, void selections will be treated as non-runners and the accumulator will be recalculated with the remaining selections.
• toto24 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. Members will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Maximum payout limits per event are set by toto24 and may vary by sport, competition, and market. Current limits are displayed within the sportsbook interface.
• Voor bola (Asian Handicap) and mix parlay markets operate under standard Asian bookmaking rules as detailed in the sportsbook help section within the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the toto24 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or operating an Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties in live dealer games, poker, or any other game format where collusion could influence outcomes.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic strategy designed to guarantee profit from bonuses or promotions at the expense of toto24.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, disputed transactions, or reverse payment requests through your bank or e-wallet without first contacting toto24 support to resolve the matter.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account access to any other individual.

toto24 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member is under 21 years of age or has provided false age information.
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The Member has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting toto24 support.
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate closure of the Account.

A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting toto24 support. Upon voluntary closure, the Member's Real Money Balance will be refunded to the payment method on file (subject to KYC completion and any applicable withdrawal conditions). Bonus Balances are forfeited upon Account closure.

In cases of Account suspension due to suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, toto24 reserves the right to retain all funds pending investigation and may withhold funds permanently if the investigation confirms a breach.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.

• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the toto24 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

By registering an Account and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you consent to toto24 processing your personal data for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications.

toto24 applies industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the toto24 Platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS technology.

toto24 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties, except where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority, or where necessary to process your payment transactions through our authorised payment providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, toto24 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Member's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from gambling activity.

toto24's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member to their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

toto24 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure Event. In such cases, toto24 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume normal service as quickly as possible and will communicate updates to affected Members via the Platform or registered email.

Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude toto24's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto24 holds its international gaming licence.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by toto24. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
